The ongoing work
Coaching at Arborian Rising is not a program with a fixed endpoint. It's a practice — something you build over time, with support.
Most of the people I work with in ongoing coaching have already tried things. They've read the books, done the courses, maybe worked with a therapist or another coach. They're not beginners. They're people who know something needs to shift and haven't found the right container for that shift yet.
Ongoing coaching with me starts with a conversation — not a sales call, but an actual conversation about where you are and what you're working with. Sometimes that conversation leads to coaching. Sometimes I'll recommend a reading first, because the map needs to come before the path.
Three levels of engagement
Pricing for ongoing coaching is discussed in our initial conversation. It depends on the scope and frequency of the work, and I don't post packages because the work isn't a package.
Getting your footing
Foundation work is for people who are new to this kind of practice, or who are coming out of a period of disruption and need to stabilize before they can move. We work on clarity — understanding your chart, naming your patterns, building a basic practice. The goal is not transformation. The goal is ground.
- ·Understanding your sidereal birth chart as a working map
- ·Identifying the primary patterns and shadow themes
- ·Building a simple, sustainable practice
- ·Learning to read your own signals
Working with what you've found
Integration is for people who have some self-knowledge and are ready to do something with it. You know your patterns. You can name your shadow. The work now is integration — bringing what you know into how you actually live. This is often the hardest level, because it requires changing behavior, not just understanding.
- ·Moving from insight to embodied change
- ·Working with the 13th current — Ophiuchus as the path of integration
- ·Navigating the places where old patterns resist new choices
- ·Building practices that hold under pressure
The long work of becoming
The Full Path is for people who are in it for the long term — who want ongoing support as they move through major life transitions, deepen their practice, and work toward something they can feel but not yet fully name. This is not a destination. It's a sustained relationship with the work.
- ·Sustained support through major transitions and threshold moments
- ·Deepening the practice across all three levels — Foundation, Integration, Mastery
- ·Working with purpose — the thread that runs through your gifts and your patterns
- ·Long-term accountability and honest reflection
Before we begin ongoing coaching, I may recommend a birth chart reading or shadow report. The map matters. It's hard to navigate without one.
