Questions
Honest answers to the things people usually want to know before they reach out.
Most astrology readings use the tropical zodiac — a 12-sign system based on the seasons, not the actual positions of the constellations. The work here uses the sidereal zodiac, which tracks the real sky. That means 13 constellations, including Ophiuchus — the one most systems leave out. Ophiuchus represents the path of integration and ascension, the way through rather than around. Beyond the map itself, the focus here is on shadow work — not just your gifts, but the patterns that keep you stuck. That's not something most astrology readings go near.
No. You don't have to believe in anything. The birth chart is a map — a framework for looking at patterns. If the framework helps you see something clearly, it's useful. If it doesn't, it isn't. You're not being asked to adopt a belief system. You're being offered a tool. Use it if it helps.
Yes. A single birth chart reading, shadow report, tarot session, or single coaching session is a complete offering on its own. There's no pressure to continue. Some people do one reading and that's exactly what they needed. Others find it opens something they want to keep working with. Either is fine.
You fill out the contact form and Angel reads it. If the work feels like a fit, she'll respond with a booking link and next steps. There's no automated calendar here. A real person reads your message and responds to it.
No. This is coaching and reading work — it's not therapy, it's not mental health treatment, and it's not a substitute for either. If you're in crisis or need clinical support, please seek that. This work is for people who are functional and looking for clarity, structure, and a deeper understanding of their patterns. It can complement therapy, but it doesn't replace it.
Ophiuchus is the 13th constellation — the one that sits between Scorpio and Sagittarius in the actual sky. Most Western astrology systems leave it out because they divided the sky into 12 equal signs rather than tracking the real constellations. In the sidereal system used here, Ophiuchus is the 13th current — the path of integration and ascension. It's not a costume or a personality type. It's the energy of moving through, of holding opposites, of the healer who has been through the wound. Whether or not your sun falls in Ophiuchus, its energy is part of the map.
Shadow, in the way it's used here, refers to the parts of yourself that you've pushed out of conscious awareness — usually because they were too painful, too inconvenient, or too at odds with who you think you're supposed to be. Shadow isn't evil. It's just unintegrated. Shadow work is the practice of looking at those parts honestly — not to fix them or eliminate them, but to understand what they're protecting and how they're running your life without your permission. The birth chart is one of the clearest maps of shadow I've found.
